Outbid Tung offers featured advertising placements to sponsors.

Players do not pay to participate in the game.

1. Sponsor Purchases

A sponsor payment purchases a featured advertising placement on Outbid Tung according to the applicable sponsor and campaign rules.

The sponsor is responsible for reviewing the submitted sponsor name, tagline, and destination URL before completing payment.

2. Sponsor Review

Sponsor submissions may be reviewed for compliance with our Sponsor Policy.

We may reject or remove a sponsor placement if the submitted material or destination violates our rules, applicable law, or payment-provider requirements.

3. Cancellation and Refund Requests

Because sponsor placements involve limited advertising inventory, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether the placement has already been activated and the circumstances of the request.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or if a payment was made in error, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction information.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that apply under applicable law.

4. Service Problems

If a sponsor payment is successfully processed but the purchased advertising placement cannot be delivered because of a technical or operational issue on our side, contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without authorization, contact us and the payment provider immediately.
