Players participate without paying an entry fee.

The game does not require players to wager money, contribute to a prize pool, or make a payment to participate.

Leaderboard rankings are based on gameplay progression and performance.

We may restrict or remove access, gameplay records, or leaderboard entries that violate these rules.

3. Leaderboard

Leaderboard positions are determined by server-authoritative gameplay records.

Players cannot purchase leaderboard positions.

We may investigate suspicious activity and remove invalid gameplay records.

The leaderboard may contain display names selected by users. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate display names.

4. Campaigns

Outbid Tung campaigns may operate for a defined period.

Campaign rules, timing, and leaderboard results may be determined by the configuration of the relevant campaign.

Once a campaign ends, its results may be finalized.

The game winner is determined by the applicable leaderboard rules and is a ranking/honorary outcome. Outbid Tung does not promise a cash prize or monetary payout to the game winner.

5. Sponsor Advertising

Outbid Tung may offer a featured advertising placement to sponsors.

Sponsor payments are payments for advertising placement and are separate from player gameplay.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to promote the website, brand, or material submitted for placement.

We may reject or remove sponsor material that violates our Sponsor Policy or applicable requirements.

6. Sponsor Bidding

The featured sponsor placement may operate using a server-controlled bidding mechanism.

The displayed current sponsor amount and next valid bid are determined by the service.

A sponsor payment does not constitute a player wager, player contribution, or prize-pool contribution.

7. Intellectual Property

The Outbid Tung website, game, branding, graphics, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Outbid Tung unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.

Sponsor placements may link to third-party websites.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.

Users should review the policies of third-party websites before interacting with them.

9. Availability
