Sponsor & Advertising Policy

Outbid Tung provides a limited featured advertising placement for sponsors.

The sponsor placement is separate from the free player competition.

1. Eligible Sponsors

Sponsors must have the right to advertise the submitted brand, website, or service.

Sponsor information must be accurate and must not intentionally mislead users.

2. Prohibited Sponsor Content

We do not accept sponsor placements that:

• Promote illegal products or services.
• Facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or malware.
• Promote malicious software or harmful downloads.
• Impersonate another company, person, or organization.
• Contain deceptive or materially misleading claims.
• Promote prohibited or highly regulated activities where we cannot lawfully or safely support the placement.
• Contain sexually explicit material.
• Promote hate, threats, or violent extremist content.
• Attempt to exploit, attack, or compromise users or the Outbid Tung website.
• Redirect users through malicious or deceptive destinations.

We may reject additional categories where necessary to comply with applicable law, payment-provider requirements, or platform safety requirements.

3. Sponsor Website Requirements

Submitted sponsor URLs must be valid HTTP or HTTPS websites.

Sponsor URLs are validated server-side.

Sponsors should not submit URLs that redirect users to prohibited or deceptive content.

4. Review and Removal

We may review sponsor submissions before or after activation.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove a sponsor placement if:

• The submission violates this policy.
• The destination becomes unsafe or prohibited.
• The sponsor does not have appropriate rights to the submitted material.
• The placement creates a security, legal, or payment-provider concern.

5. Sponsor Responsibility

Sponsors remain responsible for the content, products, services, and claims made on their websites.

A sponsor placement does not mean that Outbid Tung endorses or guarantees the sponsor or its products/services.

6. Bidding

The featured sponsor placement may use a server-controlled bidding system.

The next valid bid is determined by the current campaign state and applicable bidding rules.

Sponsor payments are for advertising placement only.

They are not player wagers and do not create a player prize pool.
